The company was formally incorporated in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission as a private company limited by shares on the 26th of May 2023. The company is headquartered in Awka, Anambra State and has operational offices at Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Warri, Delta State and Aba, Abia State.
